How durable are the stickers?
All stickers are printed on matte sticker paper and hand cut. The sticker paper is said to be weather proof and also suitable in outdoor use but colors tend to fade in direct sunlight over time so keep that in mind if you intend to use these stickers outdoors. Since stickers are hand cut, the shapes may vary slightly.
Can the stickers be removed easily?
The adhesive seems to be pretty strong. How hard it will be to remove the sticker depends a lot on the surface texture of where you’ve applied it to. I removed a few stickers with no problems but I suggest making sure you stick them onto something where you might not want to remove them from. The stickers seem really durable so they shouldn’t tear when you remove them.
How are items packaged?
All prints and stickers are packaged in sealed cellophane bags and mailed in thin cardboard envelopes with some extra cardboard backing to prevent bending. This is to ensure that the items arrive in excellent condition.
Can I get prints in different sizes, or get a customized order?
Send me an email if you have special requests or if you’d like to customize your order.
Orders are shipped every week on Tuesdays. Please note that printing and preparing an order may take 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order is shipped.
When is my order shipped?
Is shipping really free?
Yes, it is! World-wide free shipping. Shipping cost is already included in all the prices, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Can you ship to another address than my PayPal address?
Yes, while placing an order on the check-out page, make a note about it and add the address where you would like me to ship your order instead. But if you use a different address than your PayPal address then I will contact you to confirm which address to ship it to in order to ensure it will be shipped to the right address. I know it’s an extra hassle for both of us but I want to be sure the package goes to the right place.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on where you live:
- 7-14 days in the EU
- 2-4 weeks for international orders (USA, UK, Australia etc)
If it takes longer than 5 weeks then please contact me about your order.
What shipping options do you offer?
Right now all orders are shipped with regular shipping methods that my local post office offers. There is currently no tracking option available.
Which payment methods can I use?
All orders are securely processed by PayPal. Currently there are no other payment methods available. I understand the limitations PayPal may have for some international buyers so I hope to improve this in the future and add more options.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You can only return items in their original condition and packaging or if you have received a wrong item by mistake. Contact me withing 14 days of receiving your item. Buyers need to pay for shipping fees for returned items.
I ordered something and I'm not happy with the item. Can I get a refund?
I check every ordered to ensure quality is top notch so I won’t ship low quality items but in case you are not happy with your order please contact me and we can discuss it.
Can I cancel my order?
If your item hasn’t been shipped yet, then yes, you can. You will get a refund in that case. If your item has been shipped, then I can’t do anything about it, sorry. For special custom orders or commissions, you can’t cancel orders when you order a custom made item when I have finished producing your item, but you can cancel it if I haven’t started producing your item.
